Some articles open the gates of your imagination away from those theories which doesn’t provide you the context for practicing. Today’s Millennials
Today’s younger generation, the millennials’ purpose and meaning of life is quite different than the old timers. They live in the moment, not concerned much about savings or buying a home and if their parents have a home, so much the better. They take it easy and pursue their passion. Companies and HR folks must consider one positive aspect the millennials – they have the desire and ability to carry a project from start to finish – they don’t see themselves as part of an assembly line, but as people changing the world, a little at a time.
